Custom Jewelry Returns

All customized items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your order.
However, exceptions will be made under the following conditions:

- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- There is a mistake in the customization that differs from what was submitted in your original order (e.g., incorrect name, date, or design).

If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Custom Items

If you purchased a non-custom piece, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.
